Return Policy and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy .

To return an item, please follow these steps:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Provide us with your order number and the reason for your return.
• Return the item to us in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• If you receive an item in a different size and color than what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.
• If a customer orders a custom product and then asks for a refund or return, the refund or return will not be granted.
• If Customers can cancel orders for a refund within 2 days & receive it in 7 business days.

We will refund your purchase price, minus shipping costs. However, please note the following:

• Customer Returns: If the return is due to customer remorse, the actual cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
• Defective Product Returns: No cost will be incurred for returning defective products, as this is our oversight.
• Restocking Fee: There will be no restocking fee charged.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
