Return Policy and Refund Policy

To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide us with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return the item to us in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- If you receive an item in a different size and color than what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.
- If a customer orders a custom product and then asks for a refund or return, the refund or return will not be granted.
- If Customers can cancel orders for a refund within 2 days & receive it in 7 business days.
We will refund your purchase price, minus shipping costs. However, please note the following:
- Customer Returns: If the return is due to customer remorse, the actual cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
- Defective Product Returns: No cost will be incurred for returning defective products, as this is our oversight.
